First Visit Naturopathic Consultation 75-min
In this consultation (visit Fee $190, after Dec 1 2022: Visit Fee $220 we will discuss your health concerns & health history.

Second Visit
This visit usually takes about 45- min (visit fee $95*, After Dec 1 20222 Visit Fee $105) and we will fully discuss your treatment options and suggest helpful ways to blend your recommendations into your lifestyle.
I may recommend necessary Laboratory Testing that would be appropriate for you.
Lab Tests help us better understand the root of the problem. By testing, we avoid guessing, and develop a specific treatment strategy that is unique for you.

Follow-up Visits
The number of visits after the second visit will vary depending on your treatment plan, health goals and personal preferences. We will use these visits to track your progress and more forward. Visit Fee $95* (After Dec 1 2022: Fee $105), 45-min or less.

If its been over 1-year since our last session we're happy to see you again.
Please note we may have to book a longer session to review your newest health history and better understand how we can support you now. For these reasons, we may recommend a $190* 75-minute (after Dec 1 20222: $220*) session if its been more than 1-year since your last visit.
